Founded in the wake of discontent with traditional alternatives available in the operations consulting space, CRC strives to embody the progressive ethos it empowers in its clients, and represents a new generation of campaign leadership.

Our Vision

Coral Reef supports organizations working towards a better world that we know is possible. We envision a future society rooted in radical empathy, inclusion, and authenticity, outside of power structures that impose artificial ceilings on progress and equity. The vision we strive to realize for Coral Reef is both derived from and in service of that vision we uphold for humanity: we aim to empower campaigns by implementing and administering intentional, evidence-based operations practices that optimize our clients’ abilities to enact change.

Our goal is to support the long term success of the progressive movement by managing the operational and administrative needs of our clients, so they can focus on what they do best.

A coral isn’t a singular organism, but a system of microorganisms functioning as one – a community organizing for the common good. A coral reef is even bigger: a network of communities interacting, building, and growing until they’ve created an entire ecosystem.
